San Francisco, Ca, Dec. 17, 2012 – Give by Cell announced today that they are working with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in Alexandria, Virginia to make it easier for the public to offer support by implementing Give by Cell’s Mobile Give fundraising service.
